Flashback - Part 3

In retrospect, all calculated detours in the Darragh/Loretta/
Vero/Jane Truth/Truth Teller shuffle from October/November of 2006 are manifest. Shina lied to mtnwmn about who posted her photo with the striped top. Shina was wrong about Jane Truth being Truth Teller. Shina was dishonest with regard to Darragh stalking anyone. Shina's insinuation that Anne and Loretta are the same person was foolhardy. And the most preposterous declaration:
"My battle with Loretta has been over for months, she's dead to me. Goodbye hate war for the last time." ~Samantha 11.14.06

And when Shina painstakingly scrutinized the “new” tribute blog of her own accord, the conclusions she formulated were similarly paradoxical. For starters, Shina conveniently overlooked two glaringly obvious clues, YouTube and the liberal use of profanity.

Shina’s points:

1. “Whoever this blogger is has a big problem with mostly Pap.
Brilliant deduction! No really! I would have never guessed!

2. They call you a perv they call you ShipWreck and Sir Charles.

It isn’t about “The Pound” why would they advertise it? Pray tell?

5. They call Anne a Brazilian Nut but Loretta and Vero by their respective names.

The logic behind Shina’s rendition of the following entry is baffling:

(Spite blog: 12/18/06) - Chapter I
Gene R*lst*n: Web conduct, bad manners! No side scan s*nar activities! Has the teacher become senile or is he playing dumb? Gene R*lst*n (also known around the web as Ship Wreck, Sir Charge and others), have you forgotten about what you have been teaching and preaching for the past year? Never without protection! Duhhh.

A question to the teacher: What does Auckland have in common with Bombay, Te Kauwhata, Hamilton and Taupo (besides being cities in New Zealand)? Answer: Anonymizer "du jour"! Question: Do you need to go visit a Blog to check for new entries like your pal Shina uses to do (compulsively, all day long)? Answer: No! You use Blog update notification to track blog changes! How efficient! Really?

Shina’s interpretation: “The part that bugs me about that post is 'bad manners! No side scan s*nar'. Remember bad monkey no banana, who wrote that? ANITA. No they're saying you've bad so no fun for you.”

(Note: Clearly the owner of the spite blog is not the brightest light in the harbor. On 12/18 she accused Mr. R*lst*n of visiting the site with a New Zealand IP. In her next entry, dated 1/4/07 the author stated:

“We have the loyal and good friend Gene R*lst*n, the side scan s*nar man!
With protection!

She then listed IPs attributed to 55 visits from an Auckland, New Zealand visitor. The specified IP is actually associated with a frequent visitor to the blogs, NOT Mr. R*lst*n. Apparently, New Zealand heeded the author’s 12/18 warning and returned with an anonymizer. Too funny!

Writing comparisons from: Hypocritical Mutts 10/19/06: Ohhh Mutts. (note the 3 h’s as in this author’s Duhhh.) And since “nurse” is the topic du jour (similar to this author's "Anonymizer "du jour"!)

This blogger inserted parenthesis three times in the above entry. She utilized them as an aside in providing additional information. It’s a style that Truth Teller aka Anne from Brazil of “Hypocritical Mutts” employed religiously.

And I swear to God that I didn’t want to think Shina Hart would deliberately misrepresent the facts to conform with her precarious agenda. Shina lost all credibility with me when she persistently repeated the same fabrications. And after everything I’ve learned, I’m certain that her motives were not pure. Shina didn’t have proof she invented it. An overactive imagination combined with immature emotions that are wracked with resentment and rage is a recipe for disaster.

When I had concerns about Shina’s perfidious covenant with Loretta, I was told that Shina deeply regretted her actions and was doing everything in her power to remedy the situation. Since I wasn’t affected by Shina’s disloyalty I chose to trust another person's judgment and cut Shina slack. I reasoned that we all make mistakes and everyone deserves a second chance. When Shina pulled this stunt it became crystal-clear that leniency was a substantial error on my part. Some people are just plain troublemakers.

Equipped with nothing more than Technocrati tags and tenuous guarantees from misfits, Shina stockpiled her contrived war arsenal as she urged posters to join in the blitzkrieg she was prepared to launch against the very same people she had formerly betrayed. I don’t care how you analyze it, Shina’s campaign was neurotic, obsessive and malignant. After inciting public outrage against her onetime friends with wild accusations and speculation, Shina retreated with a few modifications.

Shina failed to prove any correlation between the phone calls and the spite blog. Shina failed to pursue the issue even though she claimed she was 99.9% certain who was responsible for both. After expending so much energy in pursuit of the culprit and raising suspicion, what did Shina gain? Her reward was sympathy. She duped everyone into thinking she was the victim and those that fell for it stroked her insatiable massive ego.

I thought about her infinite capacity for turmoil and contemplated the scope of unresolved issues she nurtured. I questioned how she had the gall to target unwitting people with total abandon in her frenzied efforts to validate her inept theories. I wondered how many times she had been mistaken when she felt certain she was 99.9% right.

Flashback - Part 2

I didn’t know much about Shina when she committed her act of treason in May 2006, but I was thoroughly disgusted by the rupture she spawned. There isn’t one of us in a position to judge the impact Shina’s betrayal had on those who were affected by her self-serving conduct. Shina had sown the seeds of doubt but wasn’t mature enough to accept the fact that some people would never trust her again. She also wasn’t gracious enough to embrace an olive branch when extended.

On 8/15/06, KCL sent me a copy of an email she had forwarded to Shina, which was forthright and sincere. KCL blamed her own inability to recognize Shina as “a child of God” and asked for forgiveness. KCL said as much the day the tribute blogs were dismantled.

“When I left the blogs back in Aug or Sept. and said my goodbyes then, I also wrote Sam directly and apologized to her and completely resolved things with Sam. It was mutual and I've not said a word about her since and have felt totally at peace with things between us personally. So there's the public acknowledgement of that. Flashback - Part 1

There was a chat session on 10/6/06, in which the topic of discussion was the newly constructed “Hypocritical Mutts“ website. When Shina arrived, she proudly announced that she had found Mgt. Those in attendance expressed their surprise by typing the question, “Why?”... in concert. Shina then provided a link to a blog allegedly maintained by Mgt as proof of her assertions.

The reality was the site belonged to a person called Mtnwmn or Darragh. Neither name was familiar to me, yet people remembered her from misfitting. Subsequently, Mtnwmn was featured along with various misfits in a slideshow that was posted on 10/7/06 in retaliation for the personal photos TruthTeller had published at the spite blogs. Darragh was not happy with the attention.

How prudent of Shina to create a blog in order to keep record of Loretta’s threats. Law enforcement officers will counsel you that evidence is the key factor in building a case against a stalker. They will also caution you not to engage in any further dialogue with the offender. If Shina did have a federal marshal investigate the two phone calls, you can bet a week’s pay he offered the same advice.

So, what do we have? Two alleged phone calls that by her own admission traced back to Brazil. One call was apparently so intolerable that Shina’s estranged father drove over fifty miles to her grandparents in order to confirm Shina’s safety. Phone calls that Shina didn’t publicly complain about until two months after the fact when she curiously attached their significance to a blog that she was obsessed with. And whatever happened to the photo Loretta allegedly sent Shina?

When you cut and pasted her exact words and said you went back over the transcript. That sounded condescending as hell to me. So I told you I didn't like your tone and asked if you have a problem with me..you just leave.

I'm fine with you not agreeing with me about "nameless". I'm fine with you not agreeing with me about Anita and Katie. Really I thought it worked to our advantage because both bases where being covered. But I'm not fine with being spoken to like a child. The only time I've heard that expression was by a judge and even though he wasn't speaking to me, he was clearly using an authoritative tone.

You tell me time and time again to stop looking for the owners of that blog. You pointed out how I wasn't the lone ranger in this as if I thought I was or something. Then you agree I need a break from the blog. That damn blog isn't even about me and I was only trying to help, but to hell with it. Here's my story. You will never have any idea how paralyzed I was when I saw the lyrics you posted at the pound. It completely knocked the wind out of me because I thought you brought them over from the bash blog when I read the word "update". I was suspended in time with all kinds of thoughts racing through my mind thinking this individual was a freaking dangerous maniac who was intent on scaring the shit out of me. I was convinced I needed to contact the FBI for crying out loud.

I did not understand your comments whatsoever so I checked my email to see if you sent me a copy of the update, but nothing was there. I couldn't imagine what was in the update that warranted such a reaction from you if that were the case. I had no idea what was going on. And you did answer me when I asked what prompted you to react that way in IM. If I remember correctly, you said, "Because I wanted to."

Not to mention that you and I had a couple of rounds about exactly what "nameless" said regarding Gene the previous night, yet you insisted on casting her in an unfavorable light. That isn't right. I really like you and have had some of the greatest chats with you, but I'm getting mixed messages that I do not fully understand. My nerves are shot. I'm taking a break. You don't have an exclusive on injured feelings.

(I sent an email to Max apologizing for leaving chat so abruptly. I explained that I decided it was best to leave the session before I said something I may later regret. Max replied that he understood and indicated he was also taken aback by Shina's conduct. He confirmed Shina's explanation with regard to her questioning whether I saved a copy of the chat transcript. I wasn't buying Shina's lame excuse in light of the fact she habitually modified the same details within hours of being cautioned. Furthermore, how did Shina know I wasn't paraphrasing?)

Re: The Peterson trial
Personally, It doesn’t matter to me that Loretta wrote a blook about the Peterson case although I have no desire to read it. My lack of enthusiasm doesn’t stem from the fact that she’s the author, but because I followed the case, read the pertinent transcripts, and I’m satisfied with the verdict. What I fail to comprehend is the energy Loretta expends trying to convince people Mark Geragos is incompetent as though she’s Clarence Darrow. Does she think Scott Peterson was found guilty because of an unskilled attorney? It may be over for you and I, Anonymous, but not for someone who can’t accept criticism after positioning herself in the public arena. Particularly when that person painstakingly found fault with the competition. Something I have yet to see Catherine Crier or any other Peterson authors indulge in.

Re: Trader Joe and Muah
I don’t know why you feel these individuals screwed me over. I have not seen any evidence to support that theory. There has been what I consider irresponsible speculation, which could apply to either camp when analyzed with any degree of objectivity. Whether or not the above named negotiated a deal with Loretta doesn’t affect me. I did not participate in any mediation and I’m responsible for my own decisions.

Neither do I, but when a person spends three years saturating a weblog with personal details of her life, she should expect that whatever information she chose to put out there is subject to controversy, commentary and critique. If Loretta thinks she can curb the scuttlebutt she herself introduced to the general public on so many venues, then she’s either out to lunch or has undergone a frontal lobotomy. What troubles me is that a nondescript exhibitionist from Ohio has the ability to compile and publish personal information about anyone associated with her target that are not involved with her professed issues.

However, Ohio’s statute is a step in the right direction considering it holds the primary source of the published information responsible. I have conclusive evidence that Loretta Serrano is at fault for the initial publication of my personal detailed information. If I were she, I’d be keeping my fingers crossed this nonsense doesn’t escalate any further.

Re: Do you have a goal in mind of what you want to accomplish at this point?
Yes, I do. My immediate focus is to protect my family’s privacy. As of last Thursday that mission is in very capable hands. I logged onto IM approximately a week after the final email exchange with Shina. Max was already on and we connected. I was surprised to learn that he hadn’t heard from Baby Girl throughout the previous week. He sent her a text message to let her know we were in IM, but she didn’t respond. It wasn’t his only text message that would go unanswered.

In the days that followed, Louise joined Max and myself in IM. I believe Max brought up Shina’s name once to which I responded, “I hope you understand that I consider Shina a persona non grata.” I don’t recall any mention of Shina again... until the end of April. Contrary to what Shina says, I did NOT bash her, I simply put her on ignore. She hasn’t produced evidence to support her claims because it doesn't exist.

Shina’s 7:41 sinister remarks set off an internal alarm. I had growing concerns relative to Shina’s unpredictable behavior and this post validated my anxiety. The song lyrics blatantly depict raw violence; and since they were enclosed in blockquotes I didn't know if they represented an actual update from the spite blog or a hostile response. Apparently I was the only person who couldn’t grasp the meaning behind Shina’s deranged comments inasmuch as no one else questioned it. That alone should have raised a red flag.

I contacted Shina through IM. She was in high spirits in contrast to her agitated state the previous evening. She was excited about an upcoming shopping spree because she had $5000.00 at her disposal. The announcement came as a mild surprise since she had recently indicated that her financial status prevented her from reinstating her driver’s license as well as putting a damper on any further investigation of the alleged phone calls.

I most likely congratulated Shina on her reversal of fortune and then I cut to the chase. I explained that I was confused by her posts at The Pound. I questioned whether the lyrics she had referenced actually came from the spite blog. When she replied in the negative, I then asked what on earth prompted such a hostile reaction from her. She didn’t seem to understand the question, so I repeated it, “What made you respond the way you did?” Shina’s explanation: “Because I wanted to.”

The discussion was interrupted by an invitation from Max to join chat. I had been following an interesting news story with Max and when I entered the chat room, he provided links to either updates or related articles. I went to the URLs and read.

When I returned to chat, I scrolled back to catch up. It was shocking to read how Shina continued to misrepresent the facts in defiance of being advised otherwise. As she slammed “nameless”, her version was saturated with exaggeration, distortion and flat out lies. It appeared as though Max was buying her propaganda. As I caught up to the end of the transcript, Shina was once again repeating the falsehood I had corrected her on.

I wrote: “That is NOT what was said.”
Shina wrote: “What was said then?”

After I transmitted the exact phrase, Shina asked if I had the transcript. I replied, “NO, I don’t have the transcript.” I reminded her how we had gone a few rounds over this very same detail last night. I spelled out how I scrolled back up and copied the exact words before logging off because I sensed it still hadn’t sunk in with her. I ended with, “Are we clear?”

When Shina responded by saying she didn’t like my attitude and suggested I had a problem with her, I left chat. As far as I was concerned, any further discussion would be an exercise in futility. I had corrected her over and over the previous night and she still couldn’t get it straight. It had nothing to do with a faulty recollection, it had everything to do with the reality that the truth didn’t conform to her agenda. If her memory was that deficient, how did she recognize that I transmitted the precise words? I could have been paraphrasing for all she knew. There’s only one answer to that question. Shina remembered exactly what was said, but chose to lie about it.

Notice how Shina changes her tune AFTER the dispute. Again, she integrates November phone calls with a blog that was created a month AFTER the calls were purportedly made. . .

Shina did not like the individual and started to IM me concurrently, each time taking cheap shots at “nameless”. After "Nameless" logged off, Shina summarized the details of our group discussion. Her version didn’t match my recollection of events and I told her as much. Nevertheless, she kept repeating her rendition throughout the night, which I corrected each time.

Shina’s focus was riveted on the impersonation blog despite my frequent advice to forget about it. She allowed a stupid nonsensical blog to control her emotions, and frankly, I couldn’t understand why. At some point during the conversation, Shina stated, “I didn’t know you and Andrea are friends!”

I asked where that came from and she indicated that I had left comments at Andrea’s blog in January. I explained that I remembered Andrea from misfitting and I enjoyed her photo journal of “First Night in Boston” so I composed a message thanking her for the tour. I added that I had written Andrea sometime in May asking for advice about the Boston area and that Andrea had been cordial as well as helpful.

Shina interrupted my explanation with, “I didn’t know you were a misfit!” This outburst caught me by surprise because I never hid the fact I had posted at misfitting and to my knowledge everyone else knew it. Shina claimed she wasn’t active for awhile and probably didn’t pay much attention. I began to explain how I came upon misfitting during the Peterson trial and subsequently left within months.

Again, Shina interrupted me by remonstrating that while she threw these things out there, she was offended by my clarifications. That’s when I called it a night. But before I logged off, I scrolled up to retrieve the exact words from the discussion that Shina continuously revised as a point of contention.

I had a hunch I would be needing them.

Thank you Barbara. I'd hope everyone had moved forward including Loretta and this Anne person. I've wondered if it's a so called friend who wants this to keep going too. But when I had two calls traced they traced back to Brazil which would be Anne which leads back to Loretta. Call me stupid but I just don't think it's them this time. And I swear to God I didn't want to think Anita, Katie, Andrea and Peace were behind this but after everything I found well I'm certain it's them.
