Because in Center Field - Part 1

As I stated in Part 1, of "Why's in Left Field", Chase Home Finance filed a “Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay” requesting that the court allow foreclosure proceedings against Joint Debtors, Kenneth Michael and Chrishina Leann Hart.

On 5/23/07, Judge Paine issued a Notice of Preliminary Hearing and Prehearing Order outlining the procedure to be followed at a court hearing set for 6/11/07.

The Joint Debtors responded to the motion on 5/27/07 alleging they failed to make timely payments because the mister was out of work for awhile, but had since become employed again. The Debtors paid the back payments claiming they could stay current.

Counsel to the Standing Trustee of Chapter 13 responded on 6/1/07, stating that the debtors were in noncompliance with the Plan since they were not making payments as agreed. Therefore, the Trustee did not oppose the Motion for Relief from Stay filed by Chase Home Finance.

6/1/07 - Because the Joint Debtors were in noncompliance with the Bankruptcy Plan, the Standing Trustee of Chapter 13 did not oppose the Motion for Relief from Stay filed by Chase Home Finance.

11 U.S.C. § 1327. Once the court confirms the plan, it is the responsibility of the debtor to make the plan succeed. The debtor must make regular payments to the trustee, which will require adjustment to living on a fixed budget for a prolonged period. Alternatively, the debtor’s employer can withhold the amount of the payment from the debtor’s paycheck and transmit it to the chapter 13 trustee. Furthermore, while confirmation of the plan entitles the debtor to retain property as long as payments are made, the debtor may not incur any significant new credit obligations without consulting the trustee, as such credit obligations may have an impact upon the execution of the plan. 11 U.S.C. §§ 1305(c), 1322(a)(1) & 1327."

If you buy into the notion the “shitload of fun” did a 180 to absolve her friends of Loretta’s wrongful accusations you are an easy sell. The undeniable truth is that only one person benefited from the notorious covenant with Loretta Serrano… namely, Chrishina Leann Hart!

Her criticism was duly noted in a commentary dated 6/1/06 @ 20:53:48 by the Brazilian editor-in-chief, which essentially outlined the merits of bipartisan cooperation.

Peace recalled when she began doubting the veracity of Shina’s claims and couldn’t distinguish fact from fiction due to so many discrepancies. In short, Peace was as baffled as everyone else.

Four beleaguered friends trying to comprehend the logic behind what happened. Friends, Chrishina had isolated herself from. Friends she would publicly castigate five months down the road. Friends she eventually blamed for the creation of another Tribute Blog that clearly has her own butt prints all over it.

Had Chrishina kept her pledge and rode off into the sunset, the theory that she wanted to be left out of it forever may have been believable. As it turned out, that wasn’t the case. Within one month the Tennessee traitor furtively executed yet another U-turn by actively participating at The Truth Tree, a blog operated by the individual she blamed most for keeping the flame war going at LH2.

Apparently Chrishina’s agreement with Loretta Serrano was non-binding. Curiously Shina’s spite blog remained closed as the rest were periodically updated.

I remember when KCL confronted Chrishina at The Truth Tree and how shocking it was to learn Shina had been participating anonymously after announcing her retirement from the blogosphere. The incident triggered a heated discussion most of which is no longer available at the site. Posters considered it an issue that should have been resolved through email rather than Miss Loveliness’ blog. The problem with that option is Chrishina had closed her email account in May without leaving a forwarding address.

Miss Loveliness diffused the situation with the following:

Why's In Left Field - Part 4

My neighbor, who is in law enforcement, once described the various methods predators employ in gathering personal data about their targets. The examples he cited based on his professional experience are alarming. He is the father of four delightful young ones and has valid concerns about the safety of children. He explained the risks involved in offering information with respect to minor children regardless of how legitimate the inquirer’s credentials seem.

In this age of electronic communication it is imperative that we individually assume the responsibility of protecting the most vulnerable among us. Anyone that doesn’t support this perspective is in dire need of a moral compass in my opinion.

When Loretta Serrano published the names and locations of minor children at Usenet on 5/20/06 I was appalled by her actions. That outrageous deed was the impetus behind Bloggers’ Hall of Shame. Broadcasting a child’s name and location out of spite is distasteful on any venue, but it’s even more repugnant when advertised on Usenet where the contents are archived by various newsgroups.

Likewise, it was a total disgrace for Chrishina to identify Loretta’s minor children, post links to their photographs, and comment under the names of the misfit’s relatives. Of all the conventional blogs designed to mock Loretta, one stands out in my mind as it contained addresses and phone numbers along with photos of children that belonged to various misfits. Participants at LH2 voiced their objections over the use of the children’s pictures, which eventually disappeared from the website. Most folks did not know who was responsible for the bash blog although Loretta blamed Chrishina. It’s worth noting the offensive blog closed at the time Chrishina Leann Hart negotiated her infamous deal with Loretta.

5/27/06 – Loretta’s sister sent notification that her email account had been hacked into, which further compromised people’s privacy.

5/28/06 – Having burned the candle at both ends, Chrishina, the self-appointed spokesperson during negotiations with Loretta Serrano, left her “friends” hanging as they waited for an explanation. Rather than face them head on, the stoolie filtered her version of the misfitting deal of the century through other channels:

1. She was angered by the fact that people who had previously encouraged her were subsequently upset with her recent activities.

Anita seems like she really wants this all to stop. From what I know she hasn't posted information about your kids any where on the net. I was never able to reconcile Chrishina Leann Hart’s act of treason in May 2006. Since the betrayal didn’t involve me, I watched the fallout as a bewildered silent spectator.

I remember one of the first reactions to the sordid mess was when an agitated Anonymous poster expressed disgust at the “Judas Kiss” to which Chrishina responded with a brusque “Fuck You”! I recall reading a pompous self-serving narrative at Shina’s blog that served as a poor substitute for a much-needed honest explanation of her spontaneous sabotage. It was a belligerent entry as opposed to apologetic and so I viewed it with cautious skepticism.

Over time, lies become firmly entrenched due to poor fact checking and since details never add up with Chrishina Leann Hart of Tennessee, her perpetual myths necessitate closer examination.

Reality Check:

Chrishina admitted that during the Peterson trial she engaged in clandestine activities at CTV. She informed a few of us that her principal function at the popular message board was identifying comments authored by Loretta and the misfits. She gloated over reporting them to Coldwater and how the respective posters were thereafter banned. Chrishina didn’t say she targeted the misfits at CTV on behalf of friends, she simply relished the role of whistleblower.

There is also material evidence (Posted by Troll or is it Mole? at November 5, 2004 02:27 AM) that Chrishina trolled the misfitting site in 2004, which is tangible proof “the shitload of fun” harassed Loretta and the misfits long before Bogbusters or subsequent blogs ever existed.

After connecting with a group of people who gathered at Bogbusters to discuss Loretta Serrano and her notorious online activities, Chrishina wrote:

First one was very concerned when I read him what she had written. He immediately sent someone to her home. He said he told her he didn't care what the reason or how justified she felt it's still stalking. The stupid bitch openly admitted to sending people to TN! He said she tried to laugh and make jokes but he let her know this was not a social call. She also showed him the blogs that were created in hopes that we would stop stalking her. He said he told her that doesn't make sense. Since when do you commit a crime to solve a crime? He also let me know that if she can prove I have stalked her she too can press charges. But get this. I haven't stalked her according to the law. I have never been to OH or sent anyone there to threaten or research her so I could threaten her. That's where she screwed up.

Anyway RRPD is very aware of the situation and gave me this piece of advice too. Stay away from this woman she's not stable.

Now that she has openly admitted to stalking me (to a cop!) which will be in the police report her ass is going to court if not jail. Dad is also fed up with her and he plans to contact RRPD today. He said if he has to fly there today he will, but this bitch is going to leave his family alone. How stupid can you be to stalk a cop's daughter? Not only that but brag about it to the cop who is there to make a report?

If Mr. Canler were trained in law enforcement he would have instructed his adult offspring to wake up and smell the coffee, turn the computer off, and seek gainful employment. Had he investigated his daughter’s abhorrent online activities he would have discovered that Chrishina Leann Hart is a virtual cyber punk, a high-octane cyberstalker, and the primary source of endless online social turbulence!

FLASHBACK!

On 10/9/05, Chrishina Leann Hart filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy as a joint Debtor under Chapter 13 along with a request to pay the filing fees in installments. The petition was classified as Individual, Consumer/ Non Business in the state of Tennessee with Chrishina’s occupation categorized as a homemaker. The debtor’s prior bankruptcy of 4/3/01 was duly noted as were personal property items such as, 2 computers, 2 TVS, and three dogs.

Within four days, Chrishina using the nic anony.authorunknown, published Loretta Serrano’s address at the Usenet forum as well as a link to a google map to her residence. Post after post Chrishina Leann Hart strenuously pursued Loretta Serrano each time revealing more particulars about her prey.

I sent one e-mail to her editor at JM making him aware of his "victim's advocate" guest writer bashing people from my site (and me) on that bogbuster site. It is a very unprofessional way in which a person who wants to be taken seriously as a victim's advocate should behave. I'm sure if I had a column that she and a few others would have sent my (out of context) opinion about New Orleans and the scum drowning in the flood to whomever would read it. As it is, they have posted it all over cyberspace.

In my attempt to end this war, I have been posting what I perceive as being the truth and what I think can help open some eyes and make others conscious of their wrong actions.

It is not my intention to do any harm to you. I didn't even mention your RL name and I will remain in this path as long as possible. If you go there and read it calmly, you will realize that I've never said you gave the information about Jordy. Kathy herself did.
