My neighbor, who is in law enforcement, once described the various methods predators employ in gathering personal data about their targets. The examples he cited based on his professional experience are alarming. He is the father of four delightful young ones and has valid concerns about the safety of children. He explained the risks involved in offering information with respect to minor children regardless of how legitimate the inquirer’s credentials seem.
In this age of electronic communication it is imperative that we individually assume the responsibility of protecting the most vulnerable among us. Anyone that doesn’t support this perspective is in dire need of a moral compass in my opinion.
When Loretta Serrano published the names and locations of minor children at Usenet on 5/20/06 I was appalled by her actions. That outrageous deed was the impetus behind Bloggers’ Hall of Shame. Broadcasting a child’s name and location out of spite is distasteful on any venue, but it’s even more repugnant when advertised on Usenet where the contents are archived by various newsgroups.
Likewise, it was a total disgrace for Chrishina to identify Loretta’s minor children, post links to their photographs, and comment under the names of the misfit’s relatives. Of all the conventional blogs designed to mock Loretta, one stands out in my mind as it contained addresses and phone numbers along with photos of children that belonged to various misfits. Participants at LH2 voiced their objections over the use of the children’s pictures, which eventually disappeared from the website. Most folks did not know who was responsible for the bash blog although Loretta blamed Chrishina. It’s worth noting the offensive blog closed at the time Chrishina Leann Hart negotiated her infamous deal with Loretta.

5/22/06 - @ 4:42 am – Chrishina sent a "Good Bye" communication to her "friends" requesting removal from “ALL” email lists. Friends who did write to Chrishina received the following notice with their returned mail:

5/26/06 @ 4:09 pm - After discovering Loretta circulated emails the renegade had sent her, Chrishina claimed, “I am not going to have further contact with them ever.” She lashed out at her “friends” saying both sides deserved each other, accused them of enjoying the “freak show”, and demanded her name be left out of it. She offered copies of email exchanges with Loretta and Vero as proof of her controversial alienation from the misfits.
5/27/06 – Loretta’s sister sent notification that her email account had been hacked into, which further compromised people’s privacy.
5/28/06 – Having burned the candle at both ends, Chrishina, the self-appointed spokesperson during negotiations with Loretta Serrano, left her “friends” hanging as they waited for an explanation. Rather than face them head on, the stoolie filtered her version of the misfitting deal of the century through other channels:
1. She was angered by the fact that people who had previously encouraged her were subsequently upset with her recent activities.
2. She deleted posts due to unfavorable reviews and supposedly to ensure that the wrong people didn’t get blamed for what she had written.
3. And to be certain Loretta got the message, she phoned the misfit with intentions of confessing to exactly which posts she had made in order to clear any other suspects.
4. She told Loretta that she was responsible for every post at Usenet that Peace had been condemned for seven months earlier.
5. She sent copies of her “friends” emails with the addy’s intact just to prove Loretta’s accusations were wrong.

Two phone conversations with Loretta were not enough for Chrishina to spill her guts on behalf of her "friends". She reinforced those calls with a follow-up email, which was posted at LH2.

I do want to clarify a couple of things I said. I was reading and talking at the same time, not good lol.
JA has never that I've seen posted personal information about you, your kids or family. She gets highly pissed when someone does post that kind of information, no I'm serious she gets very upset. Because she knows you or someone will do the same to them. She has spoken with Mimi and Cathy on the phone. JA doesn't share what was said by them about you with the email group or me personally. I wouldn't even know about Cathy if it hadn't been for TMM sending me that email. JA at one time wanted information on CG because of threats being made about her daughter or something like that. Also Peace is very terrified of you and wants to be left out of all things LH, but again like me she gets emailed these things "you" are saying about her. She has never posted your personal information anywhere. And she is another one that doesn't post except using her real nick Peace.
Anita seems like she really wants this all to stop. From what I know she hasn't posted information about your kids any where on the net. I have heard she has cried a lot over things that have been posted on both sides. She rarely ever emails the group and it's been that way since she shut down her blog. That is until recently when that stuff was posted about her kids, and it was soon after that I told them not to contact me again, so anything after that I don't know.
KCL has emailed the group a handful of times and other than that one email about Monica what she posts on the blog is what she emails too. Very inactive behind the scenes of the blog as far as I know anyway.
TMM well she is a busy body and is in everybody's business. IMO she lives, eats and breaths that blog. She is the one with the dirt on everybody as far as I can tell. She also posts as lots of people on the blog.
Andrea is mostly inactive. She disagrees with a lot of what is said at both blogs. She wants it all to stop and had pretty much went about her business until the thing with Anita's kids. She doesn't email much at all either.
BabyGirl is well BabyGirl. She doesn't email at all. What she says on the blog is all she says to anyone that I know of. The last time we talked she didn't even mention your name. BabyGirl is loud but she really isn't all about stalking or harming you. She disappears for long periods of time too.
Mimi well you know who that is enough said.
Sweet Sister you know who that is too. I believe she is feeding people a lot of lies and is keeping this flame war going. I lay most of the blame on her for this blog still being active at all.

Most of the anonymous people are just that anonymous. I have no idea who they are or what their problem with you is. No one knows who K. Mon or the butt person at usenet.

One can invent hundreds of excuses for delinquent behavior, but it will never diminish the fact that Chrishina Leann Hart’s actions were offensive, irresponsible and inexcusable. In the aftermath, there’s still one question lingering in the air. Why?
